Our current sermon series is all about ENCOUNTERING JESUS. Experiencing His love and acceptance and purpose just like the characters in the New Testament stories. To get there, we are obviously looking at His word, but we are also watching a great video series called “The Chosen” for some texture and context and to help us relate to Jesus and the people that He met. This week check out episode 7 (you can download the app, watch it on YouTube) and Sunday we’ll talk about what this video, and the Word shows us about who Jesus is and how we can encounter Him.
