Last week we talked about what a big deal it is to have God with us. This week we’ll look at how He IS with us in every season, station and time in our lives. Sometimes we experience Jesus best when things are worst. Whether we’re on the mountain or in the valley; in perfect calm or in a crazy storm; when we are winning and when we feel like we are losing – God is with us.

Don’t worry though, this year we‘ll offer a VERY SPECIAL “at-home” option for those who can’t make it in person for the Christmas Eve service. We will be streaming the first showing at 1:30pm, then it will be available to watch on mycbcb.com/ChristmasANYTIME after that. Did you know that hundreds of people in the City of San Antonio don’t have a place to lay their heads at night or any protection from the cold? You can make a huge impact on the life of our brothers and sisters suffering from homelessness by providing them with a warm SLEEPING BAG. CBCB has provided thousands of sleeping bags for the homeless over the last few years! You can buy 1 or MORE sleeping bags for only $10.00 each! We will get them ordered, received, and delivered in Jesus’ name. This year, it’s easier than ever – we’re doing this drive ONLINE….click this link, then scroll to the bottom and enter how much you would like to donate (in $10 increments) for sleeping bags. It’s THAT easy to make a difference in someone’s life!

Our Middle School Inside/Out group meets in the Outhouse (during 2nd service) and our High School group meets every Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm in the Outhouse. ATTENTION ALL MOMS OF NEWBORNS THROUGH KINDERGARTEN AGE – Join us for CBCB MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month for coffee, brunch, fellowship and so much more with other moms just like you!
