- ANNUAL VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION NIGHT is NEXT SUNDAY from 5:00-8:00pm!! We are thankful for all of our awesome volunteers! To show you how much we appreciate you – we’re inviting you to come as OUR GUEST to enjoy an evening FULL OF FUN, FOOD AND FELLOWSHIP at Chick’s Meat Market. Please see Jim Eddy in the lobby this weekend to sign up and get your ticket to attend (no cost, just need a head count).
- WE LISTENED!! Our recent survey showed that there were families who wanted to come to church on Saturday nights, but really wanted a class for their elementary-aged kids….as of last Saturday night, we now have kids min for kids (infant through 5th grade)!
- Saturday, March 21st – Come to our first Saturday night fun night SPORTS edition. We will have bounce houses, pony rides, stadium food and in honor of March madness – a free throw contest with some legit/AWESOME prizes! WEAR YOUR FAVORITE TEAM JERSEY and come – get to know your church family, make some new friends and have LOTS OF FUN!!!!
- Kid’s Baptism Class – Miss Andrea will be teaching this class Sunday, March 22nd in P2. If you have a child who is in 2nd through 5th grade and they want to be baptized – this class is a must! To register, please email Miss Andrea at kids@mycbcb.com.
- Saturday, March 28th we are hosting our first ever – DATE NIGHT! Every couple needs a date night to keep the relationship alive and fun – but sometimes life gets in the way, especially when you have kids. Here’s how it works: first click here to register your kids (infant-5thgrade) by March 14th! Then on March 28th, check your kids in to kid’s ministry, GO TO CHURCH, then take your spouse to dinner, or a movie, or Sam’s club, or take a nap, whatever you can do and have your kids picked up by 9:00pm. The cost is $5/kid, not to exceed $15/family. (IF you don’t have kids at home and would like to support this ministry by serving in childcare Sat. nights – reply to this email).
This year we’re going to have –
A GOOD FRIDAY SERVICE, FRIDAY, APRIL 10TH FROM 7:00-8:00pm!
We’ll take communion and experience the sacrifice and love of Jesus kind of like the disciples did; we will experience the power and passion of the crucifixion. I know it’s hard for us to look at, but without the crucifixion, there is no resurrection; without the death of Jesus, there is no new life for us.

We have 4 service times to choose from:
SATURDAY, APRIL 11th at 5:00pm – followed by our FUN annual Community Easter Egg Hunt
SUNDAY, APRIL 12th at 7:30am – Easter Sunrise service (followed by breakfast tacos!); then our regularly scheduled services at 9:30am and 11:15am.
